Red Wine Vinegar Drop Biscuits - Recipe

Sift together dry ingredients. Add canola oil. Mix, allowing clumps to remain. Add vinegar and mix. Add milk to create a drop biscuit consistency (slightly wetter than cut-out biscuits).

Drop globs of dough onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

Yield: 9 biscuits.

-1/2 cup sugar
-1/2 teaspoon baking soda
-1/2 teaspoon Salt
-1/4 cup canola oil
-2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
