Directions
In bowl combine flour, sugar, pudding mixes, baking powder, salt. Combine the water, eggs, oil & vanilla and stir into the dry ingredients just until moistened. Fill greased or paper lined muffin tins 2/3 full. Combine the topping ingredients, sprinkle over batter. Bake 350° for 15-20 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pans to wire rack.

-1 package INSTANT butterscotch pudding (3 ounce pkg)
-1 package INSTANT vanilla pudding (3 ounce pkg)
-2 teaspoons baking powder
-1 teaspoon Salt
-1 cup water
-4 eggs
-3/4 cup vegetable oil
-1 teaspoon vanilla
- TOPPING
-2/3 cup packed brown sugar
-1/2 cup chopped pecans (opt.)
-2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
