Directions
Cream sugar and shortening then add potatoes slat and eggs. Dissolve yeast in 2/3 c water, then add to previous mixture. Beat in 2 cups flour and remaining water. Add enough flour to form soft dough. Cover and let rise until doubled about 1 hour. Shape into balls and place on greased baking pans. Cover and let rise about 45 minutes. Bake at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes.

-1 cup mashed potatoes
-2 1/2 teaspoons salt
-2 Eggs
-2 packages each) active dry yeast (1/4 ounce pkgs)
-1 1/3 cups warm water
-6 cups flour
