Blend all ingredients well. Transfer to a mold or small bowl and chill at least 3 hours. Serve with crackers or baguette slices.

Makes 3 cups. Great potluck spread from the '50's.

-1 package softened cream cheese (neufchatel) (8 ounce package)
-2 tablespoons chili sauce
-2 tablespoons chopped parsley
-1 teaspoon minced onion (instant, if available)
-2 cans tuna, drained
-1 jar chopped pimentos (2 ounce jar)
