Sauce Verte - Recipe

A green flavored mayonnaise to be served cold with fish or poultry.

Directions

Place onion, chives, pepper, parsley, spinach and lemon juice in a bowl or blender. Blend until slightly smooth. Add mayonnaise and blend until well combined.
Place in a covered container and chill until ready to serve.

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Container: A deep bowl and immersion blender, or a regular blender.
