Substitution suggestion: may use 3/4 cup chopped onion rather than frozen onions. Mix all ingredients reserving 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Place in shallow baking dish. Sprinkle remaining Parmesan cheese over top. Bake for approx 25-30 minutes at 425° until brown and bubbling. Serve with large cubes of french bread or desired crackers.

-3 packages cream cheese, softened (8 oz pkgs)
-2 1/4 cups shredded Parmesan cheese
-1 can artichoke hearts, drain and chop (15 ounce can)
-1/2 cup Mayonnaise
-1 tablespoon diced garlic
-1 package frozen onions, thaw and drain (10 ounce pkg)
