Tomato Egg Cups - Recipe

For those tomato lovers out there, this is a delicious beginning to your day. Egg and tomatoes go perfectly together.

Preheat oven to 425.

Cut the top off of tomato and gently scoop out the seeds. Place tomato on a pan.

Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Break an egg inside the tomato.

Bake for 10 minutes.

Remove and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Put back in oven for 7-10 minutes depending on how you want your egg cooked.

Remove and season with salt and pepper.

-1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese

-1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
