| Directions | Combine apricots and sherry in a small bowl, cover and let stand a couple of hours. Combine water, orange juice and sugar in a medium saucepan, bring to a boil. Add apricot mixture, honey, cranberries and ginger. Cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes, stirring often, until slightly thick. Stir in walnuts. Spoon into a bowl, cover and chill. Reheat at serving time if desired, or serve cold or at room temp. |
