| | Directions | | Brush a baking pan with olive oil, layer cauliflower florets , sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast in a 425° oven for 20 minutes. In a skillet, melt butter, sauté kielbasa for few minutes. Add lemon juice, water, sugar, raisins and capers, cook for a minute. Pour over cauliflower, mix and roast for 10 more minutes. |
