| Directions | Remove seeds from pumpkin and cut into two inch pieces. In a large saucepan combine all ingredients except pumpkin. Cover and bring to a boil; simmer for five minutes. Add pumpkin, tossing occasionally, cook uncovered for about ten minutes or until pumpkin is tender and liquid evaporates. |
