| | Directions | | Sauté sausage, onions and garlic in a large skillet over low heat. Drain and add tomato sauce and seasonings. Simmer 10 minutes- add cabbage and stir to coat. Cook 15-20 minutes. Add small amount of water if sauce thickens too much. |
