Directions
Sauté sausage, onions and garlic in a large skillet over low heat. Drain and add tomato sauce and seasonings. Simmer 10 minutes- add cabbage and stir to coat. Cook 15-20 minutes. Add small amount of water if sauce thickens too much.

-1 head cabbage, cut up (small head)
-1/2 pound sausage
-1 onion, chopped (small)
-1 clove garlic, minced
-1 can tomato sauce (8 ounce can)
-1/4 teaspoon ground thyme
-1/2 teaspoon Salt
-1/4 teaspoon pepper
-1/4 teaspoon basil leaves
