Directions
Drain yams, mash well. Drain pineapple, reserve juice. Add juice to yams. Add sugar and butter. Beat well. Stir in pineapple and pecan. Spray 1 1/2 quart casserole with Pam. Spoon in mixture. Bake for 20 minutes at 350°. Sprinkle with marshmallows. Bake for 10 minutes.

-1 can yams (40 ounce can)
-1 can crushed pineapple and juice (8.5 ounce can)
-2 tablespoons Light Brown Sugar
-2 tablespoons butter, melted
-3 tablespoons chopped pecan
-3/4 cup miniature marshmallows
