| Directions | Make a sauce of mayonnaise, yogurt, and spices. Combine garbanzo beans, onions, peppers, tomatoes or mushrooms, and shredded chicken or turkey. Mix with sauce. Serve Chilled. Serves 4-6 Leave out the chicken or turkey for a vegetarian salad. |
