Directions
  • Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, and 1/2 can onions.
  • Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
  • Remove from the oven and top with the remaining cheese and onions; bake for an additional 5 minutes or until fried onion rings are lightly browned.

-1 can cream of mushroom soup
-1 cup shredded cheese (your choice)

-1 can fried onions (2.8 oz. can)
