| | Directions | | Place potatoes in bowl. Heat together soup, butter & onion. Add sour cream to soup mixture. Mix with potatoes. Mix cheese into potatoes. Put potato mixture in casserole dish. Dot with butter, put cornflake crumbs on top. Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes, or until golden brown on top. |
