| | Directions | | Combine cabbage and scallions in a large salad bowl. Crunch up the Ramen noodles. Brown the noodles, almonds, sesame seeds, and garlic salt in the oil until lightly browned; set aside. Combine dressing ingredients together and boil. Chill the dressing. When ready to serve, pour dressing and mixture of noodle crunchies over the salad. |
