Directions
Put ingredients for dressing in jar and shake well. For Salad: Reserve a few strips of meat, cheese and chicken. Toss remaining meat, cheese, chicken and vegetables. Decorate with eggs, tomatoes, olives and reserved strips.

-1/2 cup cooked beef (1/4 inch strips)
-1/2 cup cooked chicken or turkey (1/4 inch strips)
-1/2 cup Swiss cheese (1/4 inch strips)
-1 head lettuce (bite-sized pieces) (Medium head)
-1 head romaine (bite-sized pieces) (Small head)
-1/2 cup chopped green onion
-1 stalk celery, sliced (medium stalk)
-1/2 cup mayonnaise, mixed with 1/4 cup clear French dressing
- Garnish with
-2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
-2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
- black olives
- Clear French Dressing
-1/2 cup salad oil
-2 tablespoons vinegar
-2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
-1/2 teaspoon sugar
-1/2 teaspoon Salt
- dash cayenne
-1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
-1/2 teaspoon paprika
