Tasty chicken salad that has added texture from the walnuts. As a variation you could use sliced grapes instead of the craisins. Or for a low-fat version, use low-fat mayonnaise or plain Greek yogurt.

Tea Room Chicken Salad Recipe
In a bowl, combine chicken, celery, cranberries and mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper.

Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight.

Stir in walnuts just before serving. Serve on a croissant or a lettuce leaf.
