Directions
Sauté onion until golden. Add zucchini and carrots. In a separate bowl, mix eggs, oats, and oil together. Weigh vegetables and mix with oat mixture and spices. Spray a loaf pan, and pour in mixture. Bake 45 minutes at 350°F.

-2 ounces raw oats or oat bran
-1 tablespoon oil
-1/4 teaspoon curry
-1/4 teaspoon salt
