| | Directions | | Preheat oven to 350°. Melt butter in a 9 X 13 inch pan. In shallow bowl or pie plate, combine crumbs, cheese, salt, and pepper. In another shallow bowl, blend together egg and milk. Coat pork chops with crumb mixture; dip in egg mixture and again in crumb mixture. Place in baking pan. Bake 45 minutes; carefully turn chops and bake an additional 45 minutes or until done. |
