Preheat oven to 350°. Combine cracker crumbs and butter. Spoon 1/2 into a baking dish. Top with chicken. Mix sour cream, soup and broth. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with remaining cracker crumbs. Bake 20-25 minutes.
-2 cups cooked, diced chicken
-1/4 cup melted butter
-1 cup Ritz cracker crumbs
-8 ounces Sour Cream
-1 can cream of chicken soup
-1/4 cup chicken broth
- salt and pepper (to taste)
