| | Directions | | Spray Crock Pot with cooking spray. In a large bowl, stir together the oats, 1/2 c. brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Stir in pumpkin. Gradually stir in water and half & half. Stir in raisins and vanilla. Ladle into Crock Pot and cook on low 7-1/2 to 8-1/2 hours. Wake up to the smell of pumpkin and cinnamon! Top with remaining brown sugar and walnuts to serve. |
