| | Directions | | Combine all marinade ingredients except coarse black pepper. Dip each strip of meat in marinade. Place in gallon jar. Pour remaining marinade over meat. Let set in refrigerator 24-48 hours, turning periodically. Sprinkle with coarse ground pepper on each side. Press in with a dough roller. Bake in oven at 150° for 6-8 hours with door slightly ajar. |
