Directions
Mix all ingredients. Rub on meat of choice 24 hrs. before cooking. Store extra in plastic containers/jars, away from heat and light. Will keep for several months.

-1/4 cup coarse salt (kosher or sea)
-1/4 cup dark brown sugar (packed)
-1/4 cup paprika
-1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
-1 tablespoon garlic powder
-1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
-1/2 teaspoon celery seeds
- Optional
-1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper, to taste
