| | Directions | | Preheat oven to 325°. Mix all ingredients well, stirring to dissolve sugar. Put pork roast in a shallow roasting pan. Pour mixture over pork roast. Roast for 2 1/4 - 2 1/2 hours or until meat thermometer registers 155°. Brush pork frequently with sauce during the last 15 minutes of roasting. When done cooking, cover with foil and let stand for 10 minutes. Serve with sauce. |
