| Directions | Cook noodles according to package, drain. Sauté ground beef in butter and drain. Add salt, pepper, garlic salt and tomato sauce and simmer 5 minutes. Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, onion and noodles. Place a layer of noodle mixture in a greased 2 quart casserole dish. Top with a layer of meat mixture and repeat until all ingredients are used. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes. |
