| | Directions | | Mix flour, salt, and pepper together. Roll meat in it and brown in oil. Mix together tomato juice, garlic, and sauce. Pour over meat. Cover and simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Then add carrots, onions, and potatoes. Simmer 45 min. or until meat and vegetables are tender. Skim off fat. Season to taste. |
