| | Directions | | Cut slits about halfway through on meaty side between bones. Put boiling water and vinegar in a large kettle and add ribs. Water should cover ribs. Add onion, salt, pepper and bay leaf. Bring to a boil and simmer until tender. Mix ingredients for BBQ sauce in pan. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Brush ribs with sauce and cook on grill or bake in oven. |
