|Cook chicken breasts; cool and dice into bite size pieces. |
Place diced chicken in 3 quart baking dish.
Mix soups and 1 cup chicken broth. Pour over chicken.
Melt butter and mix with remaining 1 cup broth and stuffing; spoon over chicken.
Bake in 375° oven for 30 minutes or until hot.
Note: Leftover turkey can be substituted for the chicken breast in this recipe.
