| | Directions | | Place red beans, onion, Rotel tomatoes, green chilies, chili powder, garli powder and water in the bottom of a large roasting pan. Add your roast on top. Cover and bake for 12-13 hours at 250°. Serve with fresh cornbread. Note: This recipe is also great with a pork loin roast. |
