Creamed Chicken Recipe
Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.

Add the flour, salt, pepper and celery leaves. Stir until well blended.

Add milk and broth and bring to a boil.

Boil for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.

Add the chicken and heat it through.
