Directions
Choose whether you prefer white or dark meat chicken. Brown chicken in butter. In the drippings, saut onion, pepper, and carrot. Saut 3 minutes. Stir in soup, wine and water. Cook stirring until mixture bubbles. Stir in pimentos. Pour over chicken. Cover, bake at 375 for 1 hour.

-1 jar pimentos (small jar)
-1/2 cup sliced green onions
- Green Pepper, chopped
