| | Directions | | Sauté onions and garlic in olive oil. Add chopped tomatoes with juice, wine, oregano, and 2 T. of chopped parsley. Simmer for 20 minutes. Add shrimp, olives and lemon zest. Simmer until shrimp are cooked. Serve with linguine. Garnish with parsley and feta cheese. |
