| | Directions | | Remove sausage from casing and break into small pieces. Peel and dice potatoes in quarter inch squares. Dice onion. Prepare bag from aluminum foil. Layer 1/3 potatoes, sausage, onions, salt & pepper, and butter. Repeat twice. Place on low to medium heat on grill. Flip every 5 minutes. Can also be made over campfire. |
