| | Directions | | Prepare minute rice as directed adding the cilantro to the rice. Cube the chicken breasts, season with Lawry's seasoned salt to taste and cook in a non-stick skillet until done. Heat tortilla soup in a bowl. Heat black beans. Dump cooked rice in a large bowl. Spoon tortilla soup over the rice. Layer onto the mixture; black beans, cooked chicken, shredded cheese, salsa and sour cream. Top with broken hint of lime tortilla chips and/or serve the chips on the side. |
