Thasos Olive

A medium size Greek olive that is black in color. It is a dry-cured olive, grown only on the island of Thasos in the Aegean Sea. The Thasos olive has firm textured meat that has a mellow, but rich flavor. It can be served as a snack, hors d'oeuvre or to complement salads.
