Pie Server

Made from steel, plastic or wood, this utensil is designed for use in serving individual pieces of pie, quiche, tart, or any food item that is cut into wedge-shaped slices. The most common design for the Pie Server is the flat, triangular-shaped serving surface with a handle attached. Some Pie Servers may be more pointed on the serving end and may have a serrated edge along one side of the Server that is made for cutting through crusts and firmer foods.
