An orange flavored extract most commonly used in Middle Eastern cooking that is starting to be used more in Western cooking. The water is distilled from the orange blossoms of the bigaradia orange tree, producing a bitter aromatic flavor. It is used as flavoring in drinks, baked goods, and some sweet and savory dishes. This extract is also known as orange blossom water.
