Hi! This is Laurie from RecipeTips.com. Today, I am going to show you how to freeze single slices of bacon. Begin by laying out your wax paper onto a flat surface. You are going to need quite a long piece so you can get a whole pound of bacon on there. Begin by laying out the bacon flat; you want to put about a half an inch between each slice. Now, you can use parchment paper just as easy as you can wax paper for this. Continue on down the paper. The next step is to roll out another piece of wax paper on top of the bacon; and then you simply just need to start rolling the bacon up, one slice at a time. After you have it rolled up, just place it into a freezer bag and place it in the freezer. When you are ready to use the bacon, remove it from the freezer, and then just unroll as much as you need. Fold the wax paper back, and you can remove just as many slices as you need. For more great tips on bacon, visit RecipeTips.com.
