It depends on the serving. i.e. if you're serving 1 serve of that entire dish then you are taking 180 calorie of servings!

This bean soup taste amazing. however i also tried this soup - Black bean chorizo In saucepot, heat oil and cook green pepper, onion and garlic, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender. Stir in sausage, oregano, cumin and crushed red pepper flakes and cook 1 minute. Stir in beans and Knorr Beef flavor Bouillon Cube blended with water. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, 40 minutes. In blender make a smooth puree. Return soup to saucepot and simmer 5 minutes or until slightly thickened. Season, if desired, and Garnish. Enjoy!

Best substitute of half and half cream is 1 cup of milk and add 4 tbsp. cream in it. You can also use butter but I like cream in this substitution. Hope it helps!

Hi Megan, Being a working mother its really difficult to manage work and home at times. But these days lots of people are focusing on the recipes which can be prepared in just 10 minutes or less. And there are plenty more recipes for the weeknights too. 1 whole packet of it. But if you are looking for some more spicy dip. You can try this Zesty Chili Dip - http://www.knorr.com/recipes/detail/8065/1/zesty-chili-dip I have tried this recipe and its great, I like spicy food at times and believe me it just hit the right amount of spicy taste buds.. worth a try! :)
