| About Me: | I'm the author of the Life in an RV blog, in which I'm taking a culinary world-wide tour of the world by cooking a menu from each country, one country per week, my readers choose which country, so I never know which is next and I do this on a budget of $20 for each country. I'm almost through 100 countries. I am a food columnist for a local newspaper and I am the administrator of a very active Facebook group with over 100 members who all have a love of cooking in common. My husband & I live in our 21-foot fifth wheel full-time with our two big dogs and two cats. I am also an avid container gardener and I like to utilize what I grow. |
