for my breakfast at work I like to bring Greek yogurt, slice fresh strawberries to cover the top and then add granola on the top. Very yummy and healthy!

Well sometimes it's great cooking for one..it's cheaper and less complicated, as you know what you want! lol Anyways, I am the lazy type and don't like cooking every day. So I make one big dish on a Sunday and later divide in portions. I stick it in the fridge or freezer ready to heat up during the week! I actually tried this AMAZING lasagna recipe..It was incredible! Here is where I got the recipe: http://mylasagnarecipe.com

For breakfast I fill a small tupperware container with yogurt, top with fresh sliced strawberries and sprinkle generously with granola...by the time I get to work the granola and strawberries seep into the yogurt, and it tastes so YUMMY!

wow I didn't know they had low carb pasta! In any case I've had to cut down in my carbs so I said goodbye and now eat Quinoa. It tastes so good, high in protein and keeps me fuller longer :) Check it out

Yeah I have a crock pot but haven't tried lasagne..I'm sure that would be so much easier. Do you have any other awesome lasagne recipes I could try out? Looking for something super quick and easy :) Thanks!

I love lasagna and find the less the meat the better. Can't go wrong with spinach and drained cottage cheese or feta. I also like to shred carrots and and add any vegetable I love!

A tip that I always use (because I'm lazy and hate scrubbing pans) I just use parchment paper or foil when using a baking pan. Makes things easier and simple :)

you can buy those little tart cups that are usually in the produce section...buy some fresh whip cream and voila you can put together a light and yummy dessert :)
