Directions
1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Mix Seasoning Mix, cornmeal and paprika in large resealable plastic bag. Dip chicken into milk, shaking off excess liquid. Add a few pieces at a time to mix in bag; shake to coat evenly.

2. Place chicken in single layer in greased foil-lined shallow baking pan. (Do not crowd.) Drizzle with melted butter.

3. Bake 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

-1 package McCormick® Season 'n Fry Seasoned Coating Mix
-1/3 cup cornmeal
-1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Paprika
-8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (2 1/2 to 3 pounds)
-1/4 cup milk or water
-1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted
