Avocado, Watermelon, and Spinach Salad Recipe
Directions
  • Wash spinach.
  • Peel, seed and cube avocado.  Sprinkle avocado with lemon juice to prevent browning.  In a salad bowl, toss together the avocado, watermelon cubes, and spinach.
  • Stir in salad dressing just before serving.
