Cook pasta to al dente stage, drain and cool. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, mixing well. Adjust mayonnaise for a creamier salad. Chill before serving. This simple recipe is the closest we have found to "real" Hawaiian macaroni salad...a staple side dish on "the Islands". Aloha!
