Directions
Place all ingredients except frozen veggies in crock pot. Mix well. Cover and cook on low 10-12 hours or high 4-6 hours. Add frozen veggies during last hour. Serve with crusty french bread or hot rolls.
 
 
Ingredients
-1 pound beef stew meat
-1 pint stewed tomatoes
-2 carrots, sliced
-2 stalks celery, sliced
-2 onions, chopped
-2 potatoes, diced
-3 cups water (I use more)
-1 teaspoon Salt
-1/2 teaspoon pepper
-3 beef bouillon cubes
-1 package Au Jus sauce mix
-1 package frozen corn, broccoli, or mixed veggies (I use what I have inch my freezer) (10 ounce pkg)
