Ingredients
- 12 chicken drummies or wings
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary - remove leaves and chop fine
- 5 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon red chile flakes
- salt and pepper to taste 
 
This tangy marinade
has red chile flakes, which provide these lemon chicken wings with a touch of spicy flavor. Just
marinate for an hour or so and then throw the wings on the

  • Rinse chicken and pat dry.

  • Place in a medium bowl.

  • Place rosemary in a small mixing bowl and whisk in lemon juice, honey, ketchup, Worcestershire
    sauce and chile flakes.

  • Season with salt and pepper.

  • Pour marinade over drummies.

  • Stir to coat well.

  • Cover and chill until ready to serve or at least one hour.
  • Heat grill to medium and
    put drummies on.
  • Discard any leftover marinade.

  • Turn drummies to grill each side for 10-15 minutes or until cooked through and crispy.

  • Watch
    closely.

  • Can cook wings under the broiler if desired - turn often.
