Fresh, distinctive salsa that goes very well with beef or chicken.
Poblano Salsa Recipe (+)
Directions
Broil or grill poblano chiles and 1 red pepper until charred on the outside, about 5 minutes (will start to blister)
Take off heat, let sit 15 minutes, then peel, seed, and chop
Combine chopped poblano chiles, red pepper, onion, parsley, lime juice, oil, capers, and honey. Mix well.
Serve with Ropa Vieja, warm tortillas, poblano salsa and limes
