Grilled Shrimp Pizza Recipe

Grilled Shrimp Pizza Recipe (+)

Directions

Sprinkle olive oil over pizza crusts.
Place each on a baking sheet.
Peel and devein shrimp, sprinkle with olive oil and 2 teaspoon of Old Bay Seasoning. Stir shrimp to coat.
Heat grill to medium and place shrimp in a grill basket on the grill.
Grill for approximately 3-5 minutes or until they turn pink.
Spread 1/2 cup of green chile sauce over the crusts, then layer thin slices of fresh mozzarella cheese on each.
Place the shrimp on a cutting board and dice.
Sprinkle half of the shrimp over the mozzarella slices on each crust, then half of the green onion on each, then the romano cheese.
Transfer to a grill and grill the pizzas over medium heat for approximately 5 minutes, just until the crusts brown on the bottom and the cheese is slightly melted.
Garnish with cilantro and green onions.

-		2 whole wheat pizza crusts - 12 inches or favorite pizza crust
-		1 pound shrimp - medium to large
-		2 teaspoons Old Bay Seasoning
-		8 ounces fresh mozzarella - sliced thin
-		2 green onions - chopped
-		1/2 cup green chile sauce
-		1/2 cup romano cheese - shredded or Asiago or Parmesan
