 | | Directions | - Mix all ingredients together, expept mushrooms. Form into patties, grill over medium heat until desired doneness. About 5 minutes each side for medium rare. With 2 minutes of cooking left, add a slice of cheese over the top of the pattie.
- Sauté mushrooms in pan with butter over medium heat until lightly browned. Sirring occasionally.
- Grill hamburger buns, cut side down, until lightly toasted.
- Top burgers with sautéed mushrooms and serve.
